Construction Process
1. Before painting, clean the surface of the object of dust, oil, welding slag, rust, and old paint film. The steel surface should be sandblasted or shot-blasted to Sa2.5 grade. The locally repaired surface should be polished to St3 grade. Moisture should be strictly prohibited during construction.
2. This material is a single component and can be used after thorough mixing. The mixing ratio of the two-component coating is: component A: component B = 14.2kg (large bucket): 4.3kg (small bucket). The two-component construction mixing method is: fully open the large opening of component A, add component B to component A, and stir thoroughly. Then, painting can be carried out.
3. If the paint is too thick, it can be diluted with a special thinner. Unmixed materials should be sealed and stored.
4. Construction should be stopped on rainy days or when the relative humidity is greater than 75%.
Packaging and Storage
1. The storage environment should be dry, cool, and well-ventilated, avoiding high temperatures and keeping away from fire sources.
2. The packaging container must be kept closed.
3. The shelf life is 12 months.

Precautions
If the bucket cannot be used up at once after opening the lid, the lid should be sealed immediately to prevent solvent volatilization from affecting the use.

Use in a well-ventilated environment.
Do not inhale paint mist and avoid skin contact.
If paint splashes on the skin, rinse immediately with a suitable cleaning agent, soap, and water.
If paint splashes into the eyes, rinse thoroughly with water and seek medical attention immediately.
