Product Introduction:

This product is composed of component A, which consists of a special synthetic rubber - chlorosulfonated polyethylene resin, various pigments, fillers, and organic solvents, and component B, which consists of various modified resins and vulcanizing agents. The two components are supplied in separate packages according to a specified ratio.

This product has excellent comprehensive performance and good mechanical and physical properties. In particular, it has excellent elasticity and cold resistance, excellent weather resistance, ozone resistance, water resistance, acid and alkali resistance, and is flame retardant and self-extinguishing.

Application Areas:

It can be widely used on the surfaces of various light and heavy metals and cement structures indoors and outdoors to provide rust and corrosion protection. It can be applied to railway bridges, high-voltage transmission towers, containers, offshore drilling and oil extraction equipment, various vehicle chassis, heavy machinery, ships, equipment and pipelines, gas engineering gas holders, etc., used in different environments.

Construction Methods:

1. Stir thoroughly before use.

2. Remove any moisture, oil, grease, dust, etc., from the surface of the object to be coated.

3. Use a special thinner to prevent bubbles or pinholes.

4. A single spray coating thickness exceeding 50μm is very likely to produce bubbles. During construction, effective control should be implemented, and the paint should not be mixed with water or acidic substances to avoid affecting product quality and premature gelation.

Packaging and Storage

The storage environment should be dry, cool, and well-ventilated, avoiding high temperatures and keeping away from fire sources. The packaging container must be kept sealed. The effective storage period is 12 months.

Precautions

If the bucket lid is opened and cannot be used up at once, it should be sealed immediately to prevent solvent volatilization from affecting use.

Health and Safety

Please pay attention to the warning labels on the packaging container. Use in a well-ventilated environment. Do not inhale paint mist and avoid skin contact. If paint splashes on the skin, immediately wash with a suitable cleaning agent, soap, and water. If it splashes into the eyes, rinse thoroughly with water and seek immediate medical attention.
