This product is divided into two-component coatings and one-component coatings. The two-component coating is made of hydroxyacrylic resin, pigments, fillers, auxiliaries, and solvents; component two is a weather-resistant curing agent. The one-component coating is a coating made of thermoplastic acrylic resin, pigments, fillers, auxiliaries, and solvents.

Fast drying at room temperature, with rust prevention, anti-corrosion and decorative properties, excellent weather resistance, and excellent adhesion; good hardness, resistance to humid heat, salt spray, light and color retention, etc.; colors can be customized according to national standard color cards.

Application Areas:

Mainly suitable for anti-corrosion and protection of metal surfaces such as colored steel tile roofs, metal roofs, galvanized roofs, steel structure roofs, and container houses.

Construction Process:

1. Polish the roof surface, remove residual rust, and grind off any remaining paint residue, so that the surface shows the original color of the colored steel tile;

2. Rinse the roof surface thoroughly to remove dust, oil, loose rust, dust, and scale, and let it air dry;

3. After the roof surface is dry, use a spray gun to spray a special anti-rust primer on the surface of the colored steel tile to provide rust and corrosion protection. Note that the primer should be sprayed evenly, and the thickness should reach 30μm (microns). After spraying, it is necessary to check to ensure that all leaks are sprayed;

4. After each coating layer has fully reacted and the film has dried and stabilized, the next coating layer can be applied. The interval between each layer should be eight hours. Spray the first coat of colored steel tile topcoat.

5. Inspect the entire roof surface and all construction areas for any construction defects such as small holes or omissions, and repair them promptly.

6. After the first topcoat has dried and formed a film, apply a second coat of colored steel tile paint to the roof surface, ensuring the thickness and evenness of the coating;

7. Coating methods: spraying, airless spraying, brushing, etc.

Packaging and Storage

The storage environment should be dry, cool, and well-ventilated, avoiding high temperatures and keeping away from fire sources. The packaging containers must be kept sealed. The shelf life is 12 months.

Precautions

If the bucket is not used up once after opening the lid, it should be sealed immediately to prevent solvent volatilization from affecting use.

Health and Safety

Please pay attention to the warning signs on the packaging container. Use in a well-ventilated environment. Do not inhale paint mist and avoid skin contact. If paint splashes on the skin, immediately wash with a suitable cleaning agent, soap, and water. If it splashes into the eyes, rinse thoroughly with water and seek immediate medical attention.
