• Excellent chemical resistance and ultra-long salt spray resistance. Shows ultra-strong corrosion resistance of the film.
• The coating is tough, with excellent impact resistance and wear resistance, showing excellent film density and ultra-strong anti-penetration.

Application Areas:

Fluorocarbon topcoat is suitable for use as a protective coating on steel structures such as railway (highway) steel bridges, port machinery, building steel structures, transportation facilities, mechanical and electrical equipment, petrochemical pipelines, equipment, oil storage tanks and reactor outer walls, and offshore oil drilling platforms.

Construction Process:

The substrate temperature must be 3℃ above the dew point, and the atmospheric relative humidity must be no more than 80%. The coating steel plate temperature should not exceed 50℃. Coating temperature 10℃-35℃.

When the temperature is below 5℃, the curing reaction of the fluorocarbon paint and the curing agent stops, and outdoor construction is not recommended.

Storage and Shelf Life

The product should be stored in a sealed, ventilated, dry place away from direct sunlight, at a storage temperature of 0-30℃.

The shelf life of the product is 12 months. After the storage shelf life, the product can be inspected according to the provisions of the product standard. If the results meet the quality requirements, it can still be used.
