Rust Converter
Product Introduction:
This product is a general-purpose water-based rust converter. It is made using a new type of polymer emulsion as a film-forming substance, with added wetting and penetrating agents and functional auxiliaries. When applied to a rusty surface, it reacts with the rust to form a dense, black, anti-rust protective coating.

Product Characteristics:

Construction Instructions:
Substrate treatment: Use tools such as wire brushes and electric brushes to clean loose rust from the substrate, removing large areas of loose rust, oil stains, mud, and other insecure foreign matter.
Construction method: Brush, spray, or immerse on the rusty surface. The converted anti-rust protective layer can be used as a primer. After drying, spray the topcoat.
Construction conditions: Temperature above 10 degrees and below 45 degrees, humidity below 85%.
Construction is not allowed in outdoor rain, snow, or heavy fog.
Construction interval: Surface drying time 10-30 minutes; the next process such as spraying primer and topcoat can be carried out after 12 hours.
Product use: Suitable for anti-corrosion treatment of steel bars, steel structures, storage tanks, pipelines, and other rusty metals.
Packaging specifications: 50kg/barrel or 1000kg/barrel, or customized according to customer requirements.
Storage & Transportation:
Shelf life 6 months, storage temperature 5-35℃, pay attention to frost prevention, and store in a sealed, dark place.
