Product Overview
MOWM-2 high-grade exterior latex paint is a durable, high-grade exterior latex paint. It is currently widely used in building coating systems with high requirements. This series of products has high weather resistance, mildew and algae resistance, excellent decoration, non-fading, easy construction and other properties. At the same time, this coating system can effectively solve the appearance of the exterior wall and provide good protection for the wall.
Product Features
100% pure acrylic emulsion, alkali-resistant, good adhesion, easy construction, good hiding power, good weather resistance, suitable for various types of environments, including tropical environments with high requirements such as mildew and algae resistance, and building coating engineering systems with high requirements.

Widely used in the exterior decoration of various materials such as high-end hotels, guesthouses, high-end residential buildings, villas, resorts, office buildings, schools, hospitals, factories, and grain warehouses.
Dilution
Stir well before use.
To achieve the best coating effect, when rolling or brushing, dilute with no more than 5% (volume ratio) of clean water according to the actual situation (the amount can be adjusted according to the construction feel).

Two coats of MQWM-2 high-grade exterior latex paint

Drying Time
(Based on 30um dry film, 25-30°C)
Surface Dry: 30min
Hard Dry: 2h
Do not apply in humid or cold weather (temperature below 5°C, relative humidity above 85%).
Tool Cleaning
Please clean all tools immediately with clean water during and after coating.

Roller coating, brush coating, airless spraying
Theoretical Paint Consumption
9m²/kg (30um dry film)
Due to the different roughness of the actual construction surface and the dilution ratio, the paint consumption will also be different.
Recoat Time
At least 2 hours apart, but recoat within one week at most. If the topcoat is not applied within 7 days, please sand the primer to ensure good adhesion.

Health and Safety
Please pay attention to the warning signs on the packaging container. Use in a well-ventilated environment. Do not inhale paint mist and avoid skin contact. If paint splashes on the skin, rinse immediately with a suitable cleaning agent, soap, and water. If it splashes into the eyes, rinse thoroughly with water and seek medical attention immediately.
