Product Introduction
Magi Coatings has found through extensive practical experience that due to the very limited alkali resistance of conventional primers, changes in wall conditions and negligence in construction can cause primer sealing failure, leading to paint fading and peeling. Therefore, we have launched various functional primers, eliminating the use of all conventional primers in exterior wall projects. Magi water-based alkali-resistant sealing primer is modified by adding epoxy groups to the acrylic molecular chain, thus strengthening the alkali resistance and salt prevention functions lacking in traditional primers. It is an economical upgrade of conventional exterior wall primers.

Sealing Principle of Water-Based Alkali-Resistant Sealing Primer
To resist salt and alkali, the most direct method is to fill the capillaries. We recommend using the matching exterior wall sealing primer, utilizing the nano-level (0.08um) emulsion in the sealing primer to penetrate the capillaries and achieve a sealing effect.
Health and Safety
Note the warning signs on the packaging. Use in a well-ventilated area. Do not inhale paint mist, avoid skin contact. If paint splashes on skin, immediately wash with a suitable detergent, soap and water. If splashed in eyes, flush thoroughly with water and seek immediate medical attention.
