Product Introduction

This product is made of modified resin, chlorosulfonated polyethylene, pigments, auxiliaries, and single-component paints of various colors.

Application Areas:
Chlorosulfonated polyethylene paint is suitable for use as an anticorrosion and decorative coating on indoor and outdoor steel structures and concrete structures. It is especially effective in protecting substrates from corrosion in industrial atmospheric environments.

Performance Characteristics:
Excellent chemical stability, water resistance, acid, alkali, and salt corrosion resistance.
Outdoor types have good weather resistance, light resistance, and anti-aging properties.
The film has outstanding flexibility and can withstand temperature changes.
Easy to apply, quick drying, and can cure normally at low and high humidity.

Construction Methods:
1. Stir the paint thoroughly before use. Clean the object to be coated and prevent oil stains, water, dust, and other impurities from being present to ensure coating quality.
2. There should be a 6-hour interval between each coat. After the last coat of primer, wait 24-36 hours before applying the first coat of topcoat. After applying the last coat of topcoat, allow it to dry at room temperature for 7-10 days before use.
3. For general atmospheric corrosion, it is recommended to apply four coats. For areas with severe corrosive media, it is recommended to apply six or more coats.
4. Stop construction on rainy days or when the relative humidity is greater than 70%. If the paint is too thick during construction, adjust the viscosity with a special thinner.
5. The storage period is twelve months. After the expiration date, check all technical indicators. If they meet the technical requirements, they can continue to be used.

Packaging and Storage:
The storage environment should be dry, cool, and well-ventilated, avoiding high temperatures and keeping away from fire sources. The packaging containers must be kept sealed. The effective storage period is 12 months.

Precautions:
If the bucket is not used up at once after opening the lid, it should be sealed immediately to prevent solvent volatilization from affecting use.

Health and Safety:
Please pay attention to the warning signs on the packaging container. Use in a well-ventilated environment. Do not inhale paint mist and avoid skin contact. If paint splashes on the skin, immediately use a suitable cleaning agent.
Wash with soap and water. If it splashes into the eyes, rinse thoroughly with water and seek immediate medical attention.
