Gypsum-based non-expanding steel structure fire-retardant coating for indoor use
　　Product Description
　　This product is a wet fire-retardant coating that provides fire protection against fiber-type fires. It is mainly composed of gypsum-based materials with a small amount of lightweight composite materials, and is applied using either trowel or spray methods. After being troweled onto exposed indoor components, it achieves a smooth and fine surface finish. It features high strength, good durability, and a flat appearance. Suitable for indoor steel columns, steel beams, supporting beams, trusses, reticulated structures, steel stairs, profiled steel sheets, and prefabricated concrete components, etc., that require abrasion or damage resistance. Tested and certified to provide up to 4 hours of fire protection for the structure. Applied in special use areas of commercial office buildings, transportation hubs, exhibition centers, stairwells, light production areas and facilities, equipment rooms, etc. The basic color of the product is grayish white, with a net weight of 20kg per bag.
　　Substrate Requirements: The steel surface should be clean and free of grease, lubricants, rust, and other impurities that may affect adhesion.
　　Construction Conditions: The site should be well-ventilated. For 24 hours before and after spraying, the site temperature must be maintained above 3℃.
　　Product Characteristics
　　Decorative Effect: Relatively thin thickness, fine, smooth, flat and beautiful appearance, no leveling or finishing required, can be directly combined with various water-based paints and topcoats to achieve a variety of coating effects;
　　High Adhesion: No cracking, no blistering, no peeling, no sagging, strong anti-deformation ability, large deflection can reach 1/20;
　　Durability: This product is a neutral material and does not promote steel corrosion; fire resistance performance is stable, with reliable durability;
　　Environmental Protection: Contains no asbestos, benzene, or glass fiber materials, zero VOC volatile organic compounds, environmentally friendly;
　　Sound Insulation: Compared with other products, this product has better sound insulation and noise reduction performance.
　　Construction Methods:
　　Two construction methods are available: troweling and spraying. Exposed indoor components can be troweled to achieve a flat surface;
　　Low Cost: No on-site mixing is required, only water needs to be added, and traditional mortar equipment can be used for construction; a thickness of 20mm or less can be completed with one spray application. For thicknesses greater than 20mm, subsequent layers should be applied after the first layer has solidified. Construction costs are low, with a team capable of completing 400m2/day, saving labor and making construction convenient;
