Construction Method:

1. Before construction, the steel structure surface must be derusted and anti-rust paint applied.

2. Mixing: The coating ratio is: powder: liquid = 3:2 by weight, mix well, and use it within 1 hour.

3. Base coat construction: Before construction, remove surface dust and oil stains. The first spray should be 3-5mm thick.

4. Each subsequent spray should be 5-8mm thick, with an interval of 12h between each spray, until the required thickness is reached.

5. During construction and before the coating dries, the ambient temperature should be above 5°C. Construction should not be carried out on rainy days, when there is frost on the surface of the object, or when the air humidity exceeds 90%.

Packaging and Storage:

Package and store according to national regulations. The storage environment should be dry, cool, and well-ventilated, avoiding high temperatures and keeping away from fire sources. The packaging container must remain sealed. The effective storage period is 6 months.

Precautions:

1. The slurry should be used immediately after mixing, and the mixing time should be controlled within 30 minutes.

2. The freshly sprayed (applied) coating should be protected from rain before drying.

3. The coating cannot be stored outdoors or exposed to direct sunlight. Once the bagged powder is opened, it must be used immediately. If it becomes damp or lumpy, it should not be used. During construction, the mixed coating must be used up at once to prevent it from drying and solidifying.

4. When the surface of the coating is required to be smooth and flat, the last spray should be smoothed. When there are requirements for the coating, a topcoat can be applied to the surface.
