Organic sealant is made by adding fire retardants, fillers, etc. to an organic synthetic resin adhesive and then rolling it. This sealant does not solidify for a long time, has good plasticity, and can be sealed arbitrarily.
This sealant is mainly used in fire prevention and sealing projects for building pipes and cable penetration holes, and is used in conjunction with inorganic fire-resistant sealants and fire-resistant packages. Inorganic fire-resistant sealant is a gray powder material that, when mixed with water, can be used to seal cable holes or as a fire-resistant wall for cable tunnels. This fire-resistant sealant is non-toxic and odorless, has good water and oil resistance, and is easy to construct. Its oxygen index is 100, and it is a non-combustible material. The fire resistance time can reach 3 hours, both up and down. For some permanently used projects, the use of inorganic sealant saves engineering costs and makes the project firm.
Application Range
Suitable for sealing various penetrating objects in power, telecommunications, postal, chemical, industrial and mining, enterprises, buildings and underground engineering, such as cables, oil pipes, air ducts, gas pipes and metal pipes passing through partitions or layers to form various cable tray fire separations, with fire prevention functions, especially applicable to smaller cable penetration holes, gaps and other irregular holes that cannot be sealed with fire-resistant sealants, and places where cables are frequently replaced.
