Main Characteristics
It has cathodic protection, excellent rust prevention performance, and excellent adhesion and impact resistance.
It has excellent wear resistance, good oil resistance, water resistance, and solvent resistance.
Excellent heat resistance. When welding and cutting, the burn area is small and does not affect the welding performance. It is compatible with most high-performance rust-proof paints and topcoats.

Construction Conditions
The substrate temperature should not be lower than 5℃ and at least 3℃ above the dew point (temperature and relative humidity should be measured near the substrate), and the relative humidity should not exceed 65%. Good ventilation is usually required to ensure normal drying.
Construction Methods
Spraying: Airless spraying or air spraying. High-pressure airless spraying is recommended. When using air spraying, pay attention to adjusting the paint viscosity and air pressure. The thinner should not exceed 10%, otherwise it will affect the coating performance.
Brushing: It is recommended to use for pre-coating and small-area coating, but the specified dry film thickness must be achieved.
Packaging and Storage
1. The storage environment should be dry, cool, and well-ventilated, avoiding high temperatures and keeping away from fire sources.
2. The packaging container must be kept sealed.
3. The shelf life is 12 months.
Precautions
Avoid heating before the paint is completely dry (at least 24 hours at 20℃).
The surface of the zinc-rich primer can form zinc salts (also known as white rust). It should not be exposed for a long time before applying the subsequent paint. On surfaces with zinc salts, secondary derusting should be carried out, and all debris should be removed.
Health and Safety
Please pay attention to the warning signs on the packaging container.
Use in a well-ventilated environment.
Do not inhale paint mist and avoid skin contact.
If paint splashes on the skin, immediately wash with a suitable detergent, soap, and water.
If splashed into the eyes, rinse thoroughly with water and seek immediate medical attention.
