Safety Data
This product is a water-based environmentally friendly paint, non-toxic, odorless, non-combustible, and non-explosive.
Surface Treatment
All surfaces to be coated should be clean, dry, and free of contamination. All surfaces should be evaluated and treated according to ISO 8504:1992 standard. Surfaces using pre-coated primers should always be coated with the recommended primer above, the bottom The primer surface should be dry and clean Dyeing, necessary marking of areas with peeling and damage on the undercoated surface Standard processing, weld seams and damaged areas should be sandblasted. If the shop primer has extensive peeling, then comprehensive sandblasting is required.
Construction Instructions
This product is packaged in two cans, forming one unit. Each time, it must be mixed according to the specified ratio, paired and mixed once, and used up within the specified mixing and use period.
1. Stir the base material with a power stirrer.
2. Mix all the curing agent and base material together, using power stirrer thoroughly stir.
Cleaning
Clean all equipment immediately with tap water after use. Do not use solvent type thinner for cleaning.
