  • Water-based acrylic paint

Product Description:
One-component water-based acrylic paint
Product Features: The coating dries quickly, has little odor, high cost performance, and a long shelf life; it has excellent film hardness and adhesion; it is durable and has excellent water resistance, suitable for general rust prevention requirements. It can be used as a primer and topcoat. This product is a water-based system and is not suitable for low-temperature environments. Construction is not recommended at temperatures below 5℃ because the product cannot fully cure below 5℃. For optimal performance, the curing temperature should be above 10℃. The product will freeze below 0℃ and cannot be used.

Safety Data: This product is a water-based environmentally friendly paint, non-toxic, odorless, non-combustible, and non-explosive.
Construction Instructions
1. Brush coating and spray coating methods can be used. Stir the paint evenly before coating. If the viscosity is too high, add an appropriate amount of water. The amount of water added should not exceed 10%. Add and stir continuously to ensure the paint is uniform.
2. Theoretical paint consumption: 8-10 m²/kg/single coat. Due to the different roughness of the actual construction surface and the dilution ratio, the paint consumption will also vary.
3. Clean the surface of the object to be coated of dust, sand, oil stains, loose rust, and old paint before coating.
4. Keep the area ventilated during construction. Do not construct at an ambient temperature below 5℃ or humidity above 70%.
5. For the second coat, the first coat should be completely dry, with an interval of at least 24 hours.
6. Do not mix with other paints or organic solvents.
7. After construction, all tools should be immediately rinsed with water to prevent hardening. The remaining paint should be stored in a sealed container. If there is a skin that affects the use, it can be filtered with a 100-mesh screen before use.

Storage and Transportation: The product has a shelf life of 12 months and should be stored in a cool, ventilated place. Storage temperature: 5-35℃. Protect from severe cold, sunlight exposure, and rain during transportation.
Precautions:
1. Do not add too much water during construction to prevent the coating from having poor hiding power and causing the underlying layer to show through.
2. Not suitable for coating on sandblasted or shot-blasted steel substrates, as flash rust may occur.
3. For recoating old coatings, remove poorly adhered old coatings and test the interlayer adhesion to prevent peeling.
4. If the wooden or wall substrate contains yellow substances, these must be sealed or removed before painting. Otherwise, the paint film may turn yellow; 5. The drying performance of the coating is greatly affected by the ambient temperature and humidity.
Cleaning:
Immediately rinse all equipment with tap water after use. Do not use solvent-based thinners for cleaning.
