One-component waterborne alkyd paint

Product Features

Contains zinc phosphate pigment, does not contain toxic heavy metal pigments. High cost performance, large coating area.   High gloss and good fullness of the film: oxidation crosslinking, good low-temperature film formation. Good film forming properties.   Can be used as a primer and topcoat.

This product is a water-based system and is not suitable for low-temperature environments. When the temperature is below 5℃   Construction is not recommended. The product will freeze below 0℃ and cannot be used.

Drying Method

·   Natural drying or high-temperature forced drying can be used.

·   Natural drying ensures a temperature above 5℃ and humidity not exceeding 75%.

·During drying, the temperature and humidity of the leveling room and air circulation also have a significant impact on the drying of the paint film.   Measures can be taken to reduce humidity, increase temperature, and increase   ventilation to accelerate the initial evaporation of moisture in the paint film and ensure that the leveling time is   no less than 10 minutes. Drying time at 80-100 degrees no less than 30 minutes;

Mixing This product is a one-component paint. Each time it is used, it must be stirred with a power stirrer for 3-5 min Thinner:

The product has an effective storage period of 6 months and should be stored in a cool and ventilated place.

Storage temperature: 5-35℃. Protect from severe cold, sunlight exposure and rain during transportation.

Cleaning

Clean all equipment immediately after use with tap water. Clean with a solvent-based thinner.

After cleaning with a solvent-based thinner, it must be rinsed thoroughly with clean water.
