Water-based epoxy floor paint
　　Product Introduction:
　　AS-17 water-based epoxy floor coating is a two-component coating with good water resistance, oil resistance, acid and alkali resistance, salt spray corrosion resistance and other chemical properties. It also has excellent wear resistance, impact resistance, scrub resistance, and environmental friendliness. It can meet the needs of modern industrial floors and has advantages that solvent-based epoxy floor coatings do not have, such as easy cleaning of construction tools, safe and non-toxic construction process, and no pollution.

　　Application Scope:
　　Wide range of applications, can be used at room temperature and in humid environments, and has good recoatability on old substrates.
　　Main Characteristics:
　　This product features: high-strength, wear-resistant, beautiful flooring, with seamless, solid texture, good chemical resistance, anti-corrosion, waterproof, dustproof, easy maintenance, and low maintenance costs. Various schemes can be designed according to different application requirements.
　　Construction Requirements:
　　1. Substrate treatment: Repair, grinding, and dust removal should be done according to the substrate condition;
　　2. Water-based epoxy primer: Apply one coat of epoxy primer with strong sealing and adhesion using a roller, to enhance surface adhesion;
　　3. Water-based epoxy middle coat: Add an appropriate amount of quartz sand to the water-based epoxy resin, and apply several coats evenly with a trowel to increase the thickness and compressive strength of the coating;
　　4. Water-based epoxy putty coat: Apply two to three coats as needed, ensuring a smooth surface without holes, trowel marks, or sanding marks;
　　5. Water-based epoxy topcoat: Apply one coat of roller-type or trowel-type water-based epoxy topcoat. After completion, the overall surface should be bright and clean, with uniform color and no blistering;
　　6. Construction completion: People can walk on the floor after 36 hours, and heavy pressure can be applied after 96 hours. (Based on 25℃, the opening time at low temperatures needs to be appropriately extended)
　　Packaging and Storage:
　　The product should be stored in a sealed container in a cool, dry, and ventilated place. The shelf life is one year.
　　Film Properties:

　　Precautions:
　　The actual amount of paint used during coating will be 10%-50% higher than the theoretical amount due to the roughness of the surface to be coated, the thickness of the paint film, and different coating losses.
　　On-site paint workers should wear protective equipment, carefully check for fire and explosion hazards, maintain good ventilation, avoid inhaling paint mist, avoid skin contact, and immediately wash off paint splashes on the skin with a suitable cleaner, soap, and water. If paint splashes into the eyes, rinse with water and seek medical treatment.
