Epoxy Thin Coating Floor Paint
　　Product Introduction:
　　A two-component floor paint composed of epoxy resin, pigments, auxiliaries, solvents, and curing agents.

　　Suitable for areas with high mechanical performance requirements, such as areas requiring high wear resistance and impact resistance, such as mechanical factories, hardware factories, docks, driveways, garages, industrial plants, automobile and aircraft repair shops, etc., with cement or terrazzo floors.

　　Construction Requirements:
　　1. Surface Treatment The previous coat should be dry and all oil stains and debris should be removed.
　　2. Substrate Temperature Construction is not suitable below 0℃; the substrate temperature must be 3℃ above the dew point, the ambient temperature is not lower than 85%, and the temperature is not higher than 5℃.
　　3. Coating Method Airless spraying/air spraying, brushing/rolling, thinner special thinner, dilution 0.-%/0-10%/0-3% (based on paint weight), nozzle diameter 0.4-0.5mm/2.0-2.5mm, spraying pressure 12-15/0.3-0.4Mpa (approximately 3-6kg/cm²)

　　5. Number of Coats 2-3 coats are recommended, with a dry film thickness of not less than 100 microns.
　　Packaging and Storage:
　　The product should be stored in a cool, dry, and ventilated place, and the shelf life is one year.

　　Precautions:
　　1. The actual amount of paint used during coating is 10%-50% higher than the theoretical amount due to the roughness of the coated surface, the thickness of the paint film, and different coating losses.
　　2. On-site paint workers should wear protective equipment, carefully check for fire and explosion hazards, maintain good ventilation, avoid inhaling paint mist, avoid skin contact, and immediately wash off paint splashes on the skin with a suitable cleaning agent, soap, and water. If paint splashes into the eyes, rinse with water and seek medical treatment.
