Epoxy floor coating
　　Product Introduction:
　　Epoxy floor coating is a two-component mid-layer flooring material composed of epoxy resin, curing agent and other auxiliary materials.
　　Physical Parameters:

　　Applied to various floor intermediate coatings, leveling or thickening coatings.
　　Main Characteristics:
　　♦Odorless, high hardness, high permeability, acid and alkali resistance
　　♦High hardness, reaching 2H
　　♦Color stability: No separation occurs during construction, uniform and consistent, improving covering power
　　♦Good leveling: The mortar can be troweled and self-leveling
　　Has low cost advantages, can add sand and powder
　　Construction Requirements:
　　1. Construction substrate requirements: Flat and applied to the matching primer;
　　2. If the basic surface humidity > 15%, construction must be stopped, and the surface humidity must be < 10% before construction can proceed; otherwise, bubbles are likely to form;
　　3. Operational requirements: Before construction, mix material A thoroughly, then add material B according to the ratio, stir for about 3 minutes, then add an appropriate amount of quartz sand or powder, stir evenly, then scrape and putty.
　　4. Usage time limit: This product can be used for about 45 minutes at room temperature. Please determine the amount of each batch according to the actual construction progress. The mixed materials must be used up at once, and the remaining materials A and B must be sealed and stored;
　　Packaging and Storage:
　　The product should be stored in a sealed, cool, dry and ventilated place, with a storage period of one year.
　　Precautions:
　　1. The actual amount of paint used during coating will be 10%-50% higher than the theoretical amount due to the roughness of the coated surface, the thickness of the paint film, and different coating losses.
　　2. On-site painting personnel should wear protective equipment, carefully check for fire and explosion hazards, maintain good ventilation, avoid inhaling paint mist, avoid skin contact, and immediately wash off paint splashes on the skin with a suitable cleaner, soap and water, and rinse eyes with water and seek medical treatment if splashed in the eyes.
