Product Introduction
AS-19 Concrete Seal Hardener, Concrete Hardener CS or Hardener HS, originally from a product developed by an American chemical company, introduced to China in 1999. There are three generations of products in the Chinese market: The strength of concrete mainly comes from the calcium silicate hydrate (C-S-H) generated by the silicon and calcium in the cement component under the action of water. C-S-H is the substance that plays a major role in the strength of concrete.

Concrete sealing hardener CS is a colorless and transparent liquid material, easy to use, non-toxic, non-flammable, strong penetration, can permanently seal concrete, and complies with all VOC regulations.
Product Application
Used on indoor and outdoor diamond-ground wear-resistant floors, terrazzo floors, slurry polished floors, super-flat floors, ordinary cement floors, stone, etc. Suitable for factories, warehouses, shopping malls, supermarkets, docks, airport runways, bridges, highways and other cement-based places.
Construction Method
Clean the base surface, remove dust, oil stains and other substances that are not conducive to bonding; if the old base layer has too many pits and hollows, it needs to be pre-leveled; calculate the amount of high-penetration sealing hardener according to the construction area. Pour the high-penetration sealing hardener evenly on the ground, allowing it to penetrate freely. At the same time, you can use a trowel to lightly scrape to ensure even penetration of the entire ground; when the base surface penetration reaction becomes slippery and thick, moisten the sticky surface with water mist to allow the high-penetration sealing hardener to continue the penetration reaction. Observe the density and penetration of the base surface and apply three or more coats of high-penetration sealing hardener to the ground. After the base surface penetration reaction is complete (it is better if the surface moisture is not completely dry), use a professional ground cleaning machine to clean the surface and remove excess material. After 24 hours of completion, polish the ground surface with a soft bristle polishing pad. Multiple polishing treatments of the base surface with resin abrasive pads are required. The longer the use time, the better the gloss.
