Product Introduction
MQZM-1 water-based topcoat is a special water-repellent topcoat modified with silicone. Its coating is transparent and has a water-repellent function, giving the wall excellent "self-cleaning" properties; it has high adhesion, yellowing resistance, and high weather resistance, providing excellent protection for the wall.

Scope of Application
Topcoat for durable KDS real stone paint, granite texture real stone paint, and rough stone board real stone paint. It can also be used as a topcoat for other water-soluble paints to protect the surface coating.
Important Notes
In liquid state, contact or mixing with any other type of paint will cause a gelation reaction and failure.

Health and Safety
Please note the warning signs on the packaging container. Use in a well-ventilated area. Do not inhale paint mist, avoid skin contact. If paint splashes on skin, immediately wash with a suitable detergent, soap and water. If splashed in eyes, rinse thoroughly with water and seek immediate medical attention.
