This product has good permeability. In order to achieve the best effect of inorganic odorless interior wall coating, a special matching putty should be prepared. This putty has good scraping and grinding properties, and can work synergistically with inorganic coatings to form a stone-like surface effect. This product is highly compatible with full heavy calcium putty powder, has high surface hardness and is not easy to powder. Or a Meichao Yiguaping putty on the market has been tested to have good compatibility, high surface strength and is not easy to powder, and is most suitable for fully cured cement-based substrates with good bonding, high strength and no powdering.
Construction process
This product is suitable for roller coating, brush coating, (spray coating is not easy to spray due to powdering)
Precautions
Putty has the function of leveling the wall, but the wall surface after scraping needs to be sanded, so there will be a lot of dust on the surface, which will affect the strength of the inorganic coating. A special penetrating, strong but non-film-forming, non-bottom-biting sealing primer is needed. Ordinary emulsions will form films and bite the bottom. Therefore, only inorganic sealing primers can achieve this purpose.
This sealing primer can not only be used to strengthen the putty surface, but also to strengthen some dry powder coatings and diatomaceous earth. This product is colorless, odorless, and non-film-forming. When roller coating, medium-hair rollers are most suitable. The product has good leveling properties. Due to the strong permeability of the product, try to avoid pressing hard during roller coating to prevent the coating from powdering.
Due to the strong permeability of the product, powdering will occur after the first coat of putty substrate is dried, which is normal. This phenomenon will not occur after the second coat.

Storage
Seal and store in a cool, dry place at 5-35°C.

If paint splashes on the skin, immediately wash with a suitable detergent, soap and water. If it splashes into the eyes, rinse thoroughly with water and seek medical attention immediately.
