Tunnel fire-retardant coatings do not contain asbestos or harmful substances. The coating produced, used, and constructed has no irritating odor. It does not release toxic gases during a fire, and its smoke toxicity reaches AQ-1 level, meeting environmental protection requirements. The coating is light, has strong adhesion, high strength, excellent aging resistance, and waterproof performance.

Construction Methods:

1. The construction of tunnel fire-retardant coatings generally adopts a layered interval construction process, divided into base layer (fire-retardant layer) and surface layer (color layer) construction. During and within 24h after construction, the ambient temperature should not be lower than 4 ℃ to prevent frost damage. Under extremely dry and hot conditions, necessary maintenance conditions should be created to prevent the coating from losing water too quickly.

2. Construction equipment: mortar mixer, special spraying equipment (extrusion mortar pump, air compressor), mortar application special iron plate, cleaning tools, transportation tools, etc.

3. Pre-mixed by the factory, single-component packaging, mixed and stirred on-site, easy to operate.

4. Direct spraying and trowel application, fast drying and curing.

Packaging and Storage:

Packaged and stored according to national regulations. The storage environment should be dry, cool, and well-ventilated, avoiding high temperatures and keeping away from fire sources. The packaging container must remain sealed. The effective storage period is 6 months.

Precautions:

During construction and before the coating dries and cures, the ambient temperature should be maintained at 5-45℃, and the relative humidity should not exceed 85%. The air should be circulated. Construction should not be carried out when there is condensation on the surface of the component. During construction, the thickness of the coating should be measured at any time according to the fire resistance limit. The paint should be used up on the day it is opened. If it is not used up, it must be properly sealed and stored.
