Outdoor Expanding Steel Structure Fireproof Coating -2.0 Our company has developed high-quality materials applied to fire protection of outdoor steel structures. The coating consists of a fire-retardant coating base layer and a waterproof and weather-resistant surface layer. Its technical performance is superior to the requirements specified in the standard WCB type.

Main Characteristics:

It has excellent properties such as thin coating, fast drying, easy construction, brushable, sprayable, rollable, corrosion resistance, good fire performance, and anti-aging performance.

Construction Method:

1,   Before use, dust, oil stains, and loose rust on the surface of the coated object should be cleaned, and the metal components should be rust-proofed.

2,   Stir the paint thoroughly. If it is too thick, add a special thinner to dilute it.

3,   During construction, brushing, rolling, and spraying can be used. Brush (spray) once every 6-8 hours, and wait for the surface to dry before the next brushing.

4,   The thickness of each coating layer ≤ 0.3mm.

5,   After the fire-retardant coating reaches the design thickness, dry for 48 hours and then apply the matching topcoat.

Packaging and Storage:

Packaged and stored according to national regulations. The storage environment should be dry, cool, and well-ventilated, avoiding high temperatures and keeping away from fire sources. The packaging container must be kept sealed. The effective storage period is 12 months.

Outdoor construction is not suitable when the substrate temperature is below 5℃.

If paint splashes on the skin, immediately wash with a suitable detergent, soap, and water. If it splashes into the eyes, rinse thoroughly with water and seek immediate medical attention.
