Made from water-based acrylic resin, pigments, auxiliaries, and plasticizers.

This product has good corrosion resistance, mildew resistance, heat resistance, and durability, and can be air-dried at room temperature.

Used for metal equipment and light metal parts that cannot be dried at high temperatures.

Coating thickness and drying time:

Coating thickness is based on a single air spray. Dry film 20~25 (μm); Wet film 35~40 (μm)

Air spraying, construction spraying viscosity (涂—2 viscometer) 20-25 seconds is recommended.

Substrate surface treatment:

Clean oil and dust from the metal surface before applying the primer.

Construction conditions:

Coating temperature range 10~30℃, relative humidity below 85%, substrate surface temperature above dew point by 3℃ or more. Temperature and humidity should be measured near the substrate. Do not continue coating in bad weather such as rain, snow, or wind and sand. When constructing, cover the remaining part of the paint bucket to prevent dust and other materials from mixing into the paint, affecting the construction quality.

Storage and Packaging:

Storage: This product complies with the relevant national HG/T2458-1993 standard. Store the paint in a sealed, cool, dry, ventilated environment away from fire and heat sources. The effective storage period is one year. Expired products can be inspected according to the technical parameters of this product. If they meet the quality standards, they can still be used.

Packaging: 20L packaging bucket.

Safety and Hygiene:

Pay attention to the warning instructions on the paint bucket during storage and use to avoid problems affecting the use of the paint.

The construction site should pay attention to ventilation and take measures to prevent static electricity and poisoning. Construction personnel should abide by the safety operating procedures and relevant regulations for painting operations. Wear protective equipment to avoid inhaling paint mist and skin contact. If paint splashes into the eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of water and then go to the hospital for examination.
