Epoxy paints in various colors
　　Product Introduction:
　　This paint is a two-component system. Component A is made by processing and mixing epoxy resin, pigments, extenders, auxiliaries, and mixed solvents. Component B is the curing agent.
　　Physical Parameters

　　Application Areas:
　　This paint can be used for protection and decoration on the surfaces of various large steel structures under harsh corrosive conditions, and can also be used as a protective coating for the inner and outer walls of water and oil storage facilities.
　　Main Characteristics:
　　This paint can be air-dried at room temperature or cured by high-temperature baking. The cured coating has strong adhesion to the substrate, high mechanical strength, strong corrosion resistance, and is also resistant to moisture, water, acid, alkali, and salt spray.
　　Construction Method:
　　1. Coating method: brushing, spraying, rolling.
　　2. Spray viscosity: 20-25s (涂-4杯25P).
　　3. This paint should be applied over a matching primer. Before application, components A and B should be mixed separately, then mixed according to the mixing ratio of component A: component B, and allowed to mature for 20 minutes before application. The mixed paint should be used within 4-6 hours.
　　4. If the viscosity of the mixed paint is too high and not suitable for construction, it can be diluted with a special thinner for this paint. The amount of thinner should generally not exceed 10% of the total amount.
　　5. The construction temperature of this anti-corrosion paint should be above 10℃. It is difficult to cure below this temperature.
　　6. After coating, thoroughly clean the tools, containers, etc. used with thinner for next use.
　　7. Coating interval 12-24 hours, temperature 25℃, theoretical consumption 150-210g/m².
　　8. This paint cannot be used outdoors; long-term outdoor use is prone to powdering.
　　9. The coated equipment should be dried for 7-15 days before use.
　　Packaging and Storage:
　　Packaging and storage according to national regulations. The storage environment should be dry, cool, and well-ventilated, avoiding high temperatures and keeping away from fire sources. The packaging container must be kept sealed. The shelf life is 12 months.
　　Precautions:
　　When the substrate temperature is below 5℃ during outdoor construction, the curing reaction of components A/B slows down or stops, and construction is not recommended.
　　Health and Safety:
　　Please pay attention to the warning signs on the packaging container. Use in a well-ventilated environment. Do not inhale paint mist and avoid skin contact. If paint splashes on the skin, immediately wash with a suitable detergent, soap, and water. If it splashes into the eyes, rinse thoroughly with water and seek immediate medical attention.
