Performance Characteristics
Strong film adhesion, good flexibility and impact resistance:
It has excellent resistance to water, oil, and acid, alkali, and salt corrosion media. Prominent resistance to industrial atmospheric corrosion;

Excellent construction performance and rapid drying. No restrictive requirements for construction environment;

The coating has both mildew-proof and flame-retardant properties;

Construction Methods
1. The surface should be clean and dry, with environmental humidity <85%. In confined spaces and during drying, good ventilation should be maintained.
2. Surface treatment: Rinse away salts and other water-soluble contaminants with clean water.
3. Remove grease according to the SSPC-SP1 solvent cleaning standard.
4. For steel with mill scale: Shot blasting or sandblasting to achieve Sa2.5 grade or higher. Where sandblasting is not possible, mechanically grind away all loose iron filings to ensure the surface is clean, dry, rust-free, and dust-free.
5. Surfaces coated with shop primer for too long should be derusted again to meet the standard.
6. Before construction, use high-pressure air to blow away dust and other contaminants and confirm that the surface is clean and dry.

Packaging and Storage
1. The storage environment should be dry, cool, and well-ventilated, avoiding high temperatures and keeping away from fire sources.
2. The packaging container must be kept sealed.
3. The effective storage period is 12 months.
Precautions
If the bucket cannot be used up at once after opening the lid, it should be sealed immediately to prevent solvent volatilization from affecting use.
Health and Safety
Please pay attention to the warning signs on the packaging container.
Use in a well-ventilated environment.
Do not inhale paint mist and avoid skin contact.
If paint splashes on the skin, rinse immediately with a suitable cleaning agent, soap, and water.
