　　Construction Methods:

　　4. The substrate should be cleaned, free of dust, oil stains, wax, etc. If the primer or substrate is too smooth, it should be sanded evenly with fine sandpaper.
　　5. If two coats are applied, the second coat can be applied after the first coat is surface dry but before it is completely dry, or after it is completely dry, using 120-grit sandpaper to smooth it before applying the second coat.
　　6. The remaining paint should be covered with a small amount of thinner and sealed promptly to prevent skinning.
