Inorganic zinc-rich primer is a two-component paint, composed of high-grade inorganic zinc silicate resin, zinc powder, additives, diluents, and curing agents.

Construction Process
1. The substrate should be cleaned of oil stains, then shot-blasted or sand-blasted, and the substrate should be cleaned dry;
2. Mix the two components according to the specified ratio. When mixing, slowly pour the zinc powder and pigment components into the base component. The two components must be thoroughly mixed;

3. Stir frequently during construction to prevent sedimentation. If there is paint skin or impurities, it must be filtered out. The main construction method is air spraying.

;4. Before applying the next coat of paint, the inorganic zinc-rich primer film must be completely cured, otherwise it will affect the interlayer adhesion;
5. After thoroughly mixing, allow to stand and mature for 30min before construction;

Packaging and Storage
1. The storage environment should be dry, cool, and well-ventilated, avoiding high temperatures and keeping away from fire sources.
2. The packaging container must be kept sealed.
3. The shelf life is 12 months.
Precautions
If the bucket cannot be used up once after opening the lid, seal the lid immediately to prevent solvent volatilization from affecting use.

Use in a well-ventilated environment.

Do not inhale paint mist, avoid skin contact.
If paint splashes on the skin, immediately wash with a suitable cleaning agent, soap, and water.
If splashed in the eyes, rinse thoroughly with water and seek immediate medical attention.
